A variable-frequency control system is a type of system that regulates the operating speed of motors or other equipment by adjusting the frequency of the power supply. At its core is the variable-frequency drive (VFD), which can convert a fixed-frequency power supply into an AC power supply with a variable frequency, thereby enabling precise control of the equipment. The heat generated during operation is primarily dissipated through air flow; this system employs forced-air cooling for heat dissipation.     ● The entire system’s cabinet adopts the Weidmu TS8 cabinet design, with a protection rating of up to IP55. It can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments. Typically, the system consists of two control cabinets: Cabinet #1 is the drive cabinet, and Cabinet #2 is the PLC control cabinet.

    ● The main power supply for the electronic control system is a three-phase, five-wire system with a rated voltage of AC 380V or AC 690V and a rated frequency of 50Hz/60Hz.

    ● The main components inside the cabinet include frame-type/molded-case circuit breakers, AC contactors, reactors, variable frequency drives, PLCs/HMIs, and more.

    ● The entire system features a comprehensive array of protection functions, including overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase-loss protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, ground-fault protection, and fault alarm.

    ● Compact in structure and fully functional, it can be flexibly configured according to actual power requirements. It can either achieve automatic control for a single cabinet or, through cabinet paralleling, enable multi-machine, high-power operation.

    ● The cabinet can be equipped with a wireless communication module, enabling remote program modification as well as real-time monitoring of operating parameters via a mobile app or web browser, among many other features.

    ● The Safe Torque Off (STO) function effectively prevents the drive from outputting torque to the motor, thereby avoiding unintended motor startup.
