    ● The entire system, designed by Changsha Kotuo using Weidmüller TS8/VX25 enclosures, achieves a protection rating of up to IP55 and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Typically, the system consists of three main components: a water-cooled (liquid-cooled) enclosure, a variable-frequency drive enclosure, and a control enclosure.

    ● The variable-frequency system has been exported to both Europe and North America, meeting CE certification and UL certification requirements.

    ● The main power supply for the electronic control system shall be either a TN-S or IT system, with a rated voltage of AC 380V or AC 690V and a rated frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. It can be widely used in various fields, including motor drives, shore power supply equipment, high-power power supplies, and marine electric propulsion systems.

    ● The main components inside the cabinet include a liquid-cooled heat exchange system, frame/molded-case circuit breakers, AC contactors, reactors, variable frequency drives (Vacon by Weichai and Farwide), and PLC/HMI systems, among others.

    ● The entire system is equipped with a variety of protection functions, including overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase-loss protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, ground-fault protection, and fault alarm.

    ● This system features a compact structure and comprehensive functionality, allowing for flexible combinations based on actual power requirements. It can achieve standalone automatic control as well as multi-unit, high-power operation through cabinet integration.

    ● Changsha Ketao’s mature liquid-cooling technology addresses the impact of thin air at high altitudes on electrical systems, ensuring that the liquid-cooled VFD system operates safely and reliably for extended periods in high-altitude regions.

    ● The variable-frequency system supports multiple operating modes, including single-transmission, multi-transmission, and four-quadrant operation. It features high-precision dynamic open-loop and closed-loop vector control capabilities, enabling real-time feedback and adjustment to enhance system stability.

    ● Supports induction motors, permanent-magnet motors, and high-speed motors; can also be used as an adjustable power supply for electrical equipment.

    ● The cabinet can be equipped with a wireless communication module, enabling remote program modification and allowing users to view real-time operating parameters and other information via a mobile app or web browser.

    ● The Safe Torque Off (STO) function effectively prevents the drive from outputting torque to the motor, thereby avoiding unintended motor startup.
